Terrencia M. Adams earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Limestone College and went on to receive both a Master of Business Administration(MBA) and a Master of Arts in Management and Leadership from Webster University.
A dynamic and purpose-driven entrepreneur, Terrencia is the founder and lead Certified Life and Business Success Coach at Discovered Solutions Consulting & Coaching Academy. She is widely recognized for her ability to inspire, encourage, and empower individuals to achieve personal and professional success.
In addition to her coaching and consulting career, Terrencia is a licensed Nail Care Specialist and proud owner of Face360 Hair and Nail Studio, LLC. Formerly a certified OPI educator, she spent years training and mentoring others in the beauty industry. She is also the visionary behind Carolina Posh Wedding & Event Planning, LLC, known for her creativity, attention to detail, and excellence in event design and coordination.
Terrencia’s expertise, passion, and authenticity have positioned her as a transformative leader and trusted mentor in both business and personal development. Her mission is to help others recognize their worth, fulfill their life dreams, and create lasting impact within their communities.
Born and raised in Columbia, South Carolina, Terrencia is a devoted wife and proud mother of two beautiful children. In her free time, she enjoys giving back to her community, traveling, and shopping. Above all, she finds the greatest fulfillment in seeing others grow, succeed, and embrace their purpose.
